Manny Rutinel is a Latino State Representative who is leading the fight against Donald Trump’s attacks on our democracy and immigrant communities … because these fights are personal to him. Shannon Bird was the only Democrat to vote with Republicans to allow police to cooperate with ICE, and let ICE raid our schools and hospitals.
